August 27, 2025

The first away match of the Serie BKT 25/26 season is approaching, Venezia FC is training under coach Stroppa in preparation for the game against Juve Stabia, scheduled for Saturday, August 30 at 19:00 at the Stadio Romeo Menti. Three days before the match, Andrea Adorante comments about the start of the season for the arancioneroverdi and looks ahead to the clash with the Vespe.

Andrea Adorante, Venezia Fc forward
I didn’t hesitate in choosing Venezia FC, it’s a club where I know I can improve both as a man and as a footballer. I’m a penalty-box striker who likes to make myself available for the team, but I don’t just think about scoring goals, I also contribute to building the attacking play.

On Saturday I will face my former team, but I’ll put emotions aside and focus immediately on the pitch. I have great respect for Juve Stabia and their fans, because last year I had a positive season there, during which I had the opportunity to grow as a footballer.

Coach Stroppa is very proactive, he enjoys keeping the ball and looking to play forward quickly. It’s a style of football that requires some time to express at its best, but I think we’re on the right path to fully embrace all of the coach’s demands. Venezia FC’s goal is to take things one match at a time, carrying forward the small improvements we make in training and games.

Serie B is a very competitive league, full of variables and dynamics to experience. We must focus on ourselves and improve day by day. The passion of the city and the prestige of this club are remarkable; the fans give us so much support throughout the week, and it’s truly an honor to wear this shirt.

My past football experiences have been very formative and important in making me the player I am today. I joined Inter at 15, and it was the first time I lived away from my family—an experience that shaped me as a person. In Serie C I grew a lot as a footballer, having the chance to train and play alongside teammates of very high quality.
