Venezia FC announces that, following an injury sustained during training, Alessandro Plizzari underwent instrumental examinations which revealed a partial detachment of the right patellar tendon.

The arancioneroverde goalkeeper immediately underwent arthroscopic surgery at the Fondazione Poliambulanza Hospital Institute in Brescia, performed by Professor Benazzo. The operation was fully successful, and starting tomorrow, the player will begin his rehabilitation program under the supervision of the Venezia FC medical staff.

The Club wishes Alessandro a speedy and complete recovery.
