Venezia, August 13, 2025 – Following the acclaimed release of the Home and Away kits, Venezia FC and NOCTA continue their Home Ground journey with the unveiling of the 25/26 Goalkeeper Jerseys. This third drop of the campaign brings new energy and vision, reaffirming the Club’s desire to push beyond the boundaries of traditional football merchandising and establish itself as a true cultural platform.
Rooted in the creative explosion of the 1990s, when goalkeeper kits were fearless declarations of personality and style, the 25/26 goalkeeper collection reinterprets that golden age through a contemporary and distinctly Venetian lens. Bold, expressive, and unmistakably original, these jerseys elevate the goalkeeper beyond the role of the last line of defense, into a symbol of presence, identity, and vision.
At the heart of the campaign is legendary multimedia artist Fabrizio Plessi, a pioneer of video art and one of Venice’s most emblematic creative figures. Photographed in front of one of his own works, Plessi embodies the fusion of art and sport at the core of Home Ground. His presence marks a powerful act of cultural dialogue: the jersey becomes a canvas, the goalkeeper a performer, the football pitch a stage for ideas. In this collaboration, Venezia is not just a place, it is a source of inspiration, reflection and avant-garde imagination. Alongside Plessi, the campaign features poet-painter Solange Smith and a trio of contemporary artists – Carlo Braidotti, Red Longo and Diana Hlushach – whose presence adds further depth to this visual dialogue. Completing the cast are local supporters and lifelong fans, reinforcing the idea of football as a shared cultural language that unites artists and community alike.
The 25/26 Goalkeeper Home Jersey brings back gold as its leading tone, reimagined through NOCTA’s now-signature star pattern. Inspired by the night sky above the Venetian lagoon, the luminous base is covered with a subtle constellation motif that blends symbolism and performance. Completing the design are a black “Venezia” wordmark across the chest, alongside the Venezia FC crest and the NOCTA logo. The jersey is available in both the lifestyle edition and the official Match Jersey, featuring the Cynar Spritz sponsor. In homage to the golden era of keepers, it comes exclusively in long sleeves.
The 25/26 Goalkeeper Away Jersey takes a different route, channeling the visual chaos and creative freedom of vintage goalkeeper aesthetics. A vivid fuchsia base is layered with expressive spray-textured graphics and abstract lion motifs, drawing from street culture and experimental art. The result is an unapologetically bold garment that turns instinct into identity. As with the Home version, the Away jersey is available in two variants and always in long sleeves.
Once again, Venezia FC and NOCTA have embraced the creative freedom to push the boundaries of goalkeeper design, not just honoring the bold spirit of the past, but going even further. Designed by Diego Moscosoni and Ariel Mojetta, the 25/26 goalkeeper kits elevate the collaboration to new levels of expressive experimentation, blending technical performance with cultural symbolism and bold aesthetics. What results is a collection that turns functional garments into cultural artefacts – courageous, distinctive, and deeply rooted in the Home Ground philosophy.
The jerseys, made from the same lightweight, high-performance fabric used by the team, will make their debut on the pitch during the upcoming Coppa Italia Frecciarossa match against Mantova on Saturday, August 16, and will be worn again at the first Serie Bkt match of the season against Bari on Sunday, August 24.

The first Team plays its home matches at Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo, Italy’s second-oldest stadium, located on the island of Sant’Elena, adjacent to the Venice Biennale. For most of its history, Venezia FC has competed in Italy’s top two divisions and currently plays in Serie B. The organization is committed to sporting excellence across all levels, with men’s, women’s, and youth squads that reflect the same ambition, discipline, and aesthetic sensibility.
