Venezia FC and NOCTA Drop the 25/26 Lion Camo Rain Jacket

November 6, 2025

Venice, November 6, 2025.Venezia FC and NOCTA introduce the Lion Camo Rain Jacket, the first outerwear design realized through their ongoing collaboration. This limited-edition, water-repellent piece translates the fearless spirit of Venice into a technical shell made for movement and streetwear expression.

Shot in the mist and under streetlights across Venice, the campaign reclaims the city as a playground. Directed by Nicolò Bassetto and photographed by Michele Sibiloni, it brings together, for the first time, players from both the men’s and women’s first teams — Andrea Adorante, Gianluca Busio, Alfred Duncan, Kike Pérez, Filip Stankovic, Verena Beka, Giorgia Furlanis, Chirine Lamti, Jasmine Mounecif, and Alice Zuanti — united in the streets to move, play, and share the game beyond the pitch. Framed as a return to youth and the raw joy of street football, the film channels pure motion, freedom, and energy: taking the game back to its most spontaneous form.

This jacket represents a further evolution of our partnership with NOCTA: a way to create garments that move from the pitch to the street, embodying our sense of belonging to Venice,” says Tancredi Vitale, Managing Director of Venezia FC. “We chose to interpret it through a shoot in the city’s streets, bringing together for the first time players from both our men’s and women’s teams: a true celebration of the city, the Club, and the spirit of play.”

Crafted from water-repellent and wind-resistant fabric, the Lion Camo Rain Jacket is built to withstand the elements while ensuring breathability and comfort. At its core stands the Lion, a symbol of both Venice and the Club, reimagined through a bold visual language and refined Venetian artistry. Its silhouette flows across the surface, embodying rhythm, strength, and motion. Around it, a lagoon-inspired camouflage emerges, gradients of green and muted gold merge like reflections on water and stone: a visual echo of Venice’s essence. More than a pattern, it becomes a code, mapping the city’s ever-changing identity and translating it into a piece made for movement and the street.

The Lion Camo Rain Jacket marks the first drop in a new series reinterpreting Venice’s iconic symbol through the lens of design, culture, and innovation, a tribute to the fearless spirit shared by both the Club and the city.

The jacket will be worn by the First Team players during the walkout of Venezia–Sampdoria at Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo on Saturday, November 8 at 19:30, and will be available at Stadium Stores.

About Venezia FC

Venezia FC is a professional football club and cultural enterprise rooted in Venice. Founded in 1907, it channels the spirit of the lagoon through identity-driven football, sporting integrity, and bold design. The first Team plays its home matches at Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo, Italy’s second-oldest stadium, located on the island of Sant’Elena, adjacent to the Venice Biennale. For most of its history, Venezia FC has competed in Italy’s top two divisions and currently plays in Serie B. The organization is committed to sporting excellence across all levels, with men’s, women’s, and youth squads that reflect the same ambition, discipline, and aesthetic sensibility. Owned by Venezia FC SpA, it is guided by a long-term strategy focused on sustainable growth, sports and brand equities, and corporate governance. The leadership team, composed of Italian professionals with international experience, pursues performance on the pitch while fostering civic engagement and cultural innovation. VFC is more than a football institution, it is a platform for partners, investors, and supporters seeking a deeper connection to sport, culture, and purpose. Its value proposition combines tangible assets — infrastructure, merchandise, media rights — with intangible ones: emotional identity, symbolic capital, and the global magnetism of Venice.
