In collaboration with WeArena Entertainment, Lega Serie B announce the third edition of the BeSports championship, the official eSports championship of Serie B, played for the first time on FIFA23 thanks to a new agreement with EA Sports.

17 teams will take on the field in a tournament that will be played entirely live over five weekends: 1-2 April, 22-23 April, 6-7 May, 13-14 May, for the group stage, and 3-4 June for the playoffs and finals.

During the first four weekends, until 14 May, the regular season matches will take place: the four groups (three with four teams, one with five) will see Saturday dedicated to the first leg matches and Sunday to the return matches. On Saturday 3 June, the playoffs will go live, while on Sunday 4 June the quarters, semifinals and finals will be held.

Venezia FC, represented by pro-players Matteo "Marga" Margaroli, Antonio "Cerux" Ceruti and Alessandro Barbanera thanks to the partnership with the UT7 eSports team, has been drawn in Group B, to be played on 22 and 23 April, along with Spal, Ascoli and Modena.
