An away draw for the Leonesse, who return to the lagoon with a valuable point from the Frosinone pitch. The orange-and-black side, ahead for most of the second half thanks to a splendid goal by Zuanti, were eventually caught in the chaos of a corner-kick action; at Carluccio’s final whistle, the two sides split the points.

The match opened with Venezia on the front foot: after just 4 minutes, Orlandi tried her luck from long range, but her shot flew over the bar. In the 20th minute the visitors threatened again: Cortesi delivered a precise corner, Duarte rose above all in the box, but the Frosinone goalkeeper denied the danger. One minute later Cortesi herself came close to scoring from a central free kick, her shot missing the target by little. Half an hour in, Venezia knocked again: Cortesi fired from distance, forcing another save from the home keeper. Frosinone appeared only in the 40th minute, with a shot by Tata comfortably saved by Pucova. The first half ended 0–0.

Just one minute into the second half, Zuanti found herself one-on-one with the goalkeeper and came close to scoring, earning only a corner thanks to the keeper’s intervention. It was a prelude to the goal: in the 47th minute, Doneda delivered a lateral free kick, the ball fell to Zuanti who, from the edge of the box, unleashed a perfect left-footed strike, unstoppable. 0–1 Venezia. The Leonesse kept pushing: in the 60th minute, Zuanti again nearly doubled the lead with a thunderous volley that went over. Frosinone reacted only from set pieces, and in the 73rd minute Pucova closed down the angle at the far post. In the 83rd minute came the home side’s equalizer: a scramble following a corner favoured Maier, who scored the leveller. The match continued until the 96th minute, but the score did not change.
