PRIVACY POLICY

EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation

With the present policy Venezia F.C. S.p.a., intends to inform the users visiting the website "veneziafc.it" (hereafter the "Site") of the policy adopted regarding the Protection of Personal Data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which applies both when you access the web site and decide simply to navigate within it using our services, and when you decide to register or participate in competitions/initiatives.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain areas in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him/her in order to access specifically identified services (e.g. to participate in initiatives, competitions, Fanzone, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Where, therefore, the visitor intends to provide his/her personal data in order to access these additional services, he/she will be expressly informed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the "Regulation") with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Venezia Football Club, as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of the data or its updating.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation Venezia Football Club S.r.l. provides the following information.

1. The Data Controller and External Data Processors of personal data collected through the Site

The Data Controller of the personal data collected through the Site is the company Venezia F.C. S.p.a. with registered office in Venice (VE), Mestre, Viale Ancona, 43, VAT and Tax Code 04313630271 ("Venezia F.C." or the "Company").

For purely organisational and functional reasons, we have appointed a number of suppliers of services functional to the management of the Site as external data processors for the processing of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of the services provided by the Site. A complete list of external data processors can be requested by contacting us or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), whom the Data Subject may contact by writing to the following address: [email protected].

2. Types of personal data processed

In the event that Venezia FC acquires information and personal data, it will inform users in advance of the purposes for which such data is requested and the manner in which it will be used. Where necessary, it will acquire the specific consent of the user to the relative use of the data. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide in order to use the services of the Site by filling in a specific registration form (e.g. to participate in an initiative) may be requested. Venezia FC will only use the personal data collected on-line for the purposes indicated during registration.

Data relating to connection and navigation within the Site (such as the URI-Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site: with the exclusion of this possibility, the data will be deleted after the time necessary to provide the services illustrated on the Site.

With reference to the data relating to navigation within the Site, see also point 6 below concerning the profiling tools used by the Site.

3. Optional provision of personal data

Registration on the Site and its services is reserved for persons over 18 years of age.

The provision of personal data is generally optional (e.g. in order to receive informative communications). Only in certain cases may failure to provide data make it impossible to access specific services and to obtain what may be requested; failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Venezia FC from allowing access to the services of the Site or from responding to user requests.

The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - e.g. by marking them with an (*) - and the consequences of not providing them are set out in the specific information on the data collection pages.

The user is obliged to indicate on the Site only personal data relating to him. In the event that the personal data of third parties is indicated, the user expressly declares and acknowledges that he/she has obtained the consent of said third parties to the processing of his/her personal data by Venezia FC, or other data controllers (as requested from time to time in the specific information provided at the time of data collection).

4. Purpose

Data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site and its services. The purposes of data use are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information notice that from time to time illustrates the characteristics of the processing operations that will be carried out by Venezia FC or its commercial partners.

The data processing will take place in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) and c) of the Regulations and on the basis of your consent, in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulations.

In any case, the processing will be carried out in compliance with the provisions in force - and their subsequent amendments and/or additions - issued on the subject by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (including Guidelines on promotional activities and combating spam of 4 July 2013, as well as the general provision on cookies Identification of simplified procedures for information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of 8 May 2014).

5. Modalities, duration of data processing and scope of communication

The data will be processed electronically. Venezia FC guarantees the lawful and correct treatment of the personal data provided through the Site, in full respect of the regulations in force, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All the information collected is transmitted in a protected connection in order to prevent it from being intercepted by outsiders.

Any data provided by users will be processed for the time periods specified in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

Regarding the retention time of data collected through the use of profiling tools (e.g. cookies), see our Cookie Policy.

The data shall not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information notice provided to the user from time to time and subject to authorisation by the same.
